Welcome to the Jolly, our home and Orford’s finest pub. From the freshest fish ~ caught in the North Sea and landed at the end of the road ~ to the best home smoked hams, hand made sausages and scrummy sauces, you can enjoy it all at the Jolly. Relax, read the papers, play scrabble or listen to the occasional music evening from Sea Shanties to Opera in the Garden.
If you are visiting Orford, walking, fishing or boating pop in for lunch or dinner. If you cannot face the drive home, stay a while in our lovely rooms with DAB radio and DVD TVs, roll top baths and fluffy towels.
Opening Times (more or less correct, occasionally we lapse into Suffolk Time which is slightly different from the rest of the world).
Breakfast: Weekdays- 7.30 – 10.00 Weekends – 8.30-10.00
Lunch: Everyday 12.00 – 3pm
Dinner: Everyday 6pm-9ish

Thank you to everyone who attended the first Jolly Opera in the Garden and a special thanks to Philip Simms and Jim McLeod and their wonderful singers and orchestra. We were blessed with incredible weather and everyone entered in the spirit bringing picnics and enjoying Pimms in the Orchard!
We raised over £1000 from ticket sales, collections and a very generous donation. We think we might do Peter Grimes next year!
